Cozykins (and by extension, Takari Tribe, Dragon Dreams, and our affiliates, collaborators, etc.) events are made to be warm, welcoming, and safe spaces for families, dreamers, and creators of all kinds!
To protect that space, we have a few simple— but serious— rules.

🚫 Zero Tolerance for Harm

The following actions are not welcome at Cozykins events — and may result in immediate removal, lifetime bans, and/or legal action at our discretion:

• Physical violence or threats

• Sexual harassment or inappropriate comments, especially toward minors

• Racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, ableism, or any hate speech

• Intimidation, bullying, or stalking of any kind

• Vandalism or theft

• Possession of illegal substances or engaging in illegal activity on event property

• Any grooming behaviors toward minors or vulnerable individuals

• Photographing or recording anyone without their clear consent

• Refusal to follow event guidelines after being reminded

• Anything else deemed harmful, threatening, hateful, or other— whether in the moment or on a case-by-case basis

You will not always receive a warning.
Some actions are serious enough that you will be immediately escorted out and/or reported to authorities if needed. We may use cameras with audio, screenshots, phone recordings, and other evidence to report to authorities and warn the general public about your behavior and whereabouts.
Don’t want to be perceived as a bad person? Don’t behave like one.

🧵 What We Expect From You

• Treat everyone with respect.

• Respect personal space, belongings, and personal boundaries.

• Follow staff directions the first time they're given.

• Speak up if you see something unsafe — we will listen and respond immediately.

• Remember that being "inclusive" means protecting people, not tolerating harmful, hateful behavior.

• Reporting: If you experience or witness something concerning, please find a Cozykins staff member immediately. You can email the owner directly at AlexBerardiRE@gmail.com.
  Please call 911 for emergencies!

• No Retroactive Excuses: Not reporting an issue during the event doesn’t excuse inappropriate behavior.

• Our Right to Act: We reserve the right to remove individuals and take action independently of whether a legal complaint is filed by a witness or victim.

• Not Exhaustive: These rules are not exhaustive. Cozykins retains the right to respond to any behavior that undermines safety or community trust.
