Cozykins Digital Gift Card Policy & Legal Disclosure (Wyoming & E-Commerce)
1. Redemption & Use:
Cozykins Gift Cards are digital-only and can be used for purchases on our official online store.
They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law).
2. Expiration & Fees:
No expiration date – Cozykins Gift Cards do not expire, ensuring your recipient can use them whenever they’re ready.
No inactivity fees – We won’t deduct value for non-use.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Cards:
Treat your gift card like cash! We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
4. Wyoming State Law Compliance:
Under Wyoming state law (WY Stat § 34-24-109), gift cards with no expiration are not considered abandoned property and do not become subject to escheat (state claiming unredeemed balances).
No dormancy fees or expiration dates apply per Wyoming’s consumer protection laws regarding gift certificates.
5. E-Commerce Considerations:
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Digital delivery only – no physical cards are issued.
Any remaining balance after a purchase can be used for future transactions.
If a purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
6. Refunds & Chargebacks:
Purchases made with a gift card follow our standard refund policy. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be credited back to a gift card balance.
Cozykins reserves the right to decline, cancel, or request additional verification for gift card transactions that appear suspicious or fraudulent.
